A special form of refinement process is followed in this process. Shatkarma is derieved from the word shat meaning the numeric number 6 and karma meaning process. So 6 ways purification is held in this process. It is a best way of purifying the body. It drains all the toxic contents by 6 ways, namely: dhauti, basti, neti, trataka, nauli and kapalbharti. After the completion of the process the special divinity in mind, soul and body is attained. It is a powerful exercise, which helps in attaining good breath and movements.
