M.S. in Biotechnology

At present the course of M.S. in Biotechnology is a 5-year integrated program in M.S. Biotechnology. In this program the students are exposed to both theoretical and practical training in various fields of Biotechnology and gain expertise in modern biochemical and molecular biological techniques. The program mainly focuses on medical and aqua culture applications of biotechnology and modern fields such as cloning, expression studies, protein engineering and bioinformatics. The students will also gain hands-on experience during project work at various industries and research institutes.
Candidates who have completed Intermediate or 10+2 with BiPC, Medical lab Technician (MLT) or equivalent courses in biology are eligible for admission into this program.
