M.A. in French

The course has been designed with a common structure and an interdisciplinary approach based on the following understanding:
that since all the programmes involve the study of culture in general and literature in particular, they have certain common theoretical and methodological concerns;
that all the cultures and literatures to be studied have a common European dimension.
that an interdisciplinary approach is important to establish the links between the study of literature and other fields in the humanities and social sciences such as the media, history, linguistics and philosophy;
that they would encourage the interaction between the study of foreign languages, literatures, cultures and the world in which this study takes place;
that they would stimulate independent research work.
