M. Phil Journalism and Mass Communication

This course will give special emphasis on theoritical knowledge of mass communication & techniques of research in various areas of Journalism and Mass Communication. After doing this course students may go further for Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication. They may join teaching profession as they will be eligible to teach undergraduate classes in Journalism and Mass Communication. Besides new avenues of research in advertising, public relations, audience research, public opinion research will be opened for them where they can display their specialised knowledge and skills.
