M.A. in Population Studies

Major focus of the department in teaching is to make aware to the students regarding problems of large family and the problems of depleting natural resources with increasing population. The main focus is to maintain human quality of life by imparting population education and involve social scientists and women in research problems related to different variables of population.
Department offers admission to 15 candidates for its post Graduate Programme. Admission will be offered strictly on the basis of merit. Graduate from Science, Social Science and Commerce are eligible for admission.

48 percent marks in aggregate at graduate level
