M.Sc. course is of two years and seventeen students are admitted each year.Twelve batches have already been passed out and most of the students have got good jobs in tndustries while some other have opted for higher studies in the Universities and Institutions in india and abroad.

P.G. Diploma in Agro Chemicals & Pest Management with minimum 55% marks in B.Sc. (G) with any combination of subjects including B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (H) in any subjects
The Chemistry Department made an inconspicuous beginning, and progress was rather slow for the first twenty years. Initially, it was located in a rented building, without proper facilities, in the Kashmere Gate area, about three miles from the present campus. When the old Viceregal buildings in the Civil lines area were made available to the University of Delhi, the Viceregal kitchen was used for conducting the lectures and the practical classes, and the oven was conveniently converted to the fume-cupboard of the laboratory.
