M.Sc. Chemistry: Inorganic Chemistry
The two year M.Sc. Chemistry course has been designed with the aim of fulfilling the demands of trained human resource/manpower to give thrust to ever increasing chemical industry and related fields. This is one of the most important subjects under the Faculty of Science & Technology Interface and has wide scope in the emerging areas of research for up-lifting human being.
The research project and seminars are the essential components of this course which would enable the students to take up new challenges in the thrust area of present scenario and their understanding of subject in depth to tackle problems independently. Apart from course curriculum, Annual Science Quiz, extension lectures by subject experts, industry visit, workshop and frequent interaction with industry persons are the important activities of the Department. This course offers specialisation in Inorganic Chemistry.
