Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible for admission to M.Sc. course in Electronics on the basis of written test and viva-voce as per rules framed by the University in this regard. B Sc graduates with Physics or Electronics as major/optional subject with 50% (45% in case of SC/ST) aggregate excluding languages, provided they have also studied Mathematics at the PU level are eligible for admission to the M Sc Electronics programme.
