The department of physics was started in the year 2000 with an objective of empowering women through science and technology. We are proud to say this "We are the only department who introduce the P.G course first". It was started in the year 2003. Now we are going to start M.Phil from this academic year. Our department has a team of experienced and efficient faculty members. The department of Physics has initiated an active and co-ordinate interaction among women physicists by starting 'curic club'.
