Description

M.Tech Nanotechnology. Typically, an M.Tech Degree is for 2 years, minimum eligibility for which is a M. Sc. in Physics/Chemistry (with Mathematics up to at least Bachelor’s level) /Electronics Science/Material Science/Electronic Instrumentation, with not less than 55% marks in aggregate. OR Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication/ Computer Engg.Instrumentation/Computer Science or equivalent, with not less than 65 C.P.I. or 60% marks in the absolute system. Subjects usually studied under this degree are Introduction to Solid State Physics, Fundamentals of Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Foundation in Microsystems and NanoTechnology, Thin Films Growth and Epitaxy, Nanoscale Materials and Devices, Nano-synthesis and Manufacturing, Characterization of Nanomaterials , Sensor Technology etc.
