Master of Computer Applications

The Department of MCA was started in the academic year 1995 with the intake of 60 and was affiliated to Madras University. The course foster higher academic achievement, innovation and social responsibility & providing a learning environment in which the contribution of each student and faculty member is valued. The MCA course was affiliated to Periyar University from 1998-2001 and today its affiliated to Anna University. The Department of MCA is fully equipped with the state of the art laboratories with HP machines. We have 4 servers (Sun Server-1, Linux-1, PDC-1 and Windows 2000-1) connected to 110 terminals. Apart from this Lab is equipped with 7 Printers and 1 Scanner. The course offers master degree in Computer Applications.
