Master of human resource development

This Programme in Human Resource Development is a Two-year (Full-time) Post Graduate Programme designed to meet the growing demand for a new generation of HR professionals in the country. The main objective of this course is to provide the industry with highly trained and motivated HR professionals capable of maintaining and developing the new knowledge workers. More specifically, the course aims.

* To equip the students with requisite skill in human resource planning and control;
* To familiarise the students with latest HR processes in the industry;
* To provide the students an insight into the understanding of the value of human capital and its effective utilisation; and
