Course programme
This is an advance course in population research. The course work comprises of an
Advance Research Methodology (½ unit), seminar work on Guided Reading of Important
Papers (½ unit) and Dissertation under the guidance of a faculty (1½ unit).
A total of eight top-ranking students from those who have successfully completed the
MPS course are given the option to pursue the M Phil course. The remaining students are
awarded the MPS degree.
