The program is open to:-
a) In-service candidates work in central, state and local govt. within 1-year of
service in the fitness sector.
b) Candidates should have M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.P.T., B.O.T. or B. Sc. in nursing or health science Bio-technology or B.S.W. or corresponding qualification and involved either in:

- Public-health activities at society, hospital or district-level,
- In directorates of health-services, public-health or family-welfare
- In other health related organization.

The duration of the program is 12-months with total number of seats availability fifteen.
