MAT – Management Aptitude Test (Correspondence)

Management Aptitude Test is conducted by the Centre for Management Services (CMS). This is a specialized division of AIMA that undertakes testing.
Management Aptitude Test 2006 (MAT 2006) has become popular with over hundreds of AICTE approved Institutions & University departments and now MAT is approved as a National Entrance Test vide Government of India, Ministry of HRD.
Institutes accepting MAT scores

The institutes accepting the MAT will vary from test to test. The details of the Institutes will be available in the MAT bulletin.

MAT is conducted 4 times in a year- May, September, December and February. The total number of question and duration of the test have remained constant. Since the test is conducted multiple times, changes are observed in the pattern of questioning and the sectional structure. The test either has fixed sections or is a jumbled paper or questions of a particular area are clubbed together without any mention of sections.
