The two years residential Master of Business Administration programs at E.I.M. provides candidates chance & contact to sharpen their skill in adjusting with the demand of a globalize & dynamic business atmosphere.
The organization being an off-site campus of the University of Kalyani, W.B, adopts the programs of the University grounded on the guideline of the U.G.C. In addition, the organization on a regular basis enhances the University syllabi with extra programs to improve supporting skill in candidates, & fit them with knowledge input in applicable arenas
The two year program is segmented into 4 modules. In the first module, they study all mandatory or primary programs that acquaint them to theory of management & formulate their basic skill needed for the later stage of the program. In the second module, while including other main programs, they are brought in to the main arenas or function of management.
An eight week summer coaching comes after this module, where candidates work with organization & handle live problem & project.
In the second Year of the program, that is in the third & fourth modules, they specialise in sectors of their selection, while carrying on to include some primary programs.
In addition, the program at the same time includes full curriculum in communications, soft skill & personality improvement, coaching in self-managing, time managing, corporate orientations & etc.
A candidate can select the specialization sector from out of the 4 operational programs presently on track such as marketing, finance, organizational behavior & HRM, & IT.
