MBA in Design Management

Design is placed firmly in the context of corporate strategy. The course develops a general understanding and familiarity with management principles at both the strategic and functional levels. This knowledge is then applied to a wide variety of design management problems and issues in a range of international organizational settings. The course aims to develop in students the analytical and practical management skills needed effectively to manage design at both the strategic and functional level. Suitable for: This program aims to train designers or other business people in managing the design function within an organization. This department may be under the Marketing, Engineering, Operations departments, or somewhere else, depending on an organizations' structure, or it may be its own division.
