Department of Management was started in 1999 with affiliation to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra for MBA & BBA with sanctioned intake of 60 students each course. In the year 2000, U.P. Technical University (UPTU) was constituted and MBA was affiliated to UPTU. In 2001 Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, enhanced the intake of BBA to 120 seats and in 2003 sanctioned intake of MBA was also enhanced to 120 by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) /U. P. Technical University. In 2006, MBA program received the prestigious accreditation by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) a constituent body of AICTE, Govt. of India. The MBA program has been rated as A+ continuously for years together by All India Management Association (AIMA) in their B School survey for the Country. For maintaining Industry Academia interface the department is having Membership of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and is a Life Member of Lucknow Management Association (LMA). The department is maintaining a perfect blend of Academia & Managers from Industry as its core team of faculty members. To expose the students with realistic industry environment the department organizes Industrial visits and invites Senior Managers from Industry for Guest Lectures to share their experiences with the students. For holistic development of the students, Personality Development Programs are being conducted on a regular basis with the help of Core faculty and outside consultants. Students are being encouraged to participate in various Lectures, Seminars, Workshops outside the campus and to participate in various Cultural and Literary events held in various colleges and Universities. They take active part in managing various events of the College Fest which helps them in developing managerial Skills. For this the college has a well maintained Stadium and an Ultramodern Auditorium. The department is also maintaining a faculty-student ratio of 1:15. Faculty members are being motivated to continuously enhance their education and knowledge by acquiring additional qualifications such as Ph.D.; appearing for NET; participating in seminars, workshops, conferences, Faculty Development Programs, organized by reputed Institutions like IIT's & IIM's and continuously writing papers and articles and getting them published in Magazines /Journals of repute. Apart from the ample classrooms which are equipped with White Boards, LCD Projectors and Over Head Projectors the departments is maintaining number of small seminar halls and large Air conditioned conference halls equipped with Modern Audio Visual facilities. The college has a rich Air Conditioned Library and Ultramodern Computer Centre.
