Meditation is a very important method of listening, accepting and knowing ourselves, and to be more spontaneous towards ourselves & others. The main purpose behind meditation apart from the physical & psychological benefits - is to make a link with our soul & with the celestial in and around us, in any spiritual or religious way we rather want to understand.
It also helps the progress of our instinct & perception through the heart and not only through the logical mind. This allows us, in specific life situations, to work on a higher level & make enhanced choices.
Meditation helps us basically in developing our capacity for private introspection and is the foundation for our capability to listen to the person we float in our arms while doing a Watsu class. In such a way we can work with a authentic empathy, thereby to stimulate the stream of slight energy.
