In this simulation, you will be employed as a Divisional Merchandise Managers of home audio & video electronic for Everson & Macombre, the parent company of two thriving retail chain one a department stores, the other a members only warehouse for bulk good & specialty product. As a DMM role, student will oversee the activity of a sizable buying staff & manage purchasing relation with manufacturer & supplier worldwide.
Cross cultural Communications Simulations:
You're the recently hired GM of the Springfield's Strikers, a women is expert soccer teams. The team had mediocre records over the past seasons & did not draw as many fans as the further successful team in the leagues. Now it's the off-season, & the main motive of the student in the program is to make alter to improve the teams on field presentation without going over budgets. In this firstly, student will meet with Maria Adalberto, the coach of the Springfield Striker who is from Spain, to converse the status of the teams & her performance in the past seasons. At the end of the program, student will try to sign foreign free agent to play for the Striker. These discussions will put your cross cultural communications & negotiation skill to the tests.
This program is for those students who like to communicate globally to explore internationally, an employee who is working with MNC workers or someone traveling abroads. There is no specific requirement for the program.
