In the current commercial set-up, a Performance Management System or P.M.S. is seen as significant equipment for fostering organizational expansion & individual expansion. Senior-Management
The program provides applicants a platform to brainstorm & arrive at an agreement to create the P.M.S. feasible. This program will also provide applicants with different skills required to estimate populace objectively & create an individual career development plan. The program will have skill structuring session on developmental feed-back & complaint handling, so that the applicants are completely prepared while conducting presentation appraisal.
