Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology' is a six month program focusing more on preparing new graduates or students for their professional status in software & IT industry through creating advance skills in the technologies.NET, J2EE & web technology.

This program focuses more on practice with theory (50%theory & 50
% practice) so that people will get trained & get enough opportunities in future. During the final session students will work on a project which help them to gain enough experience to industries standards

Projects
Every module has 30 days project. In these 30 days, participants will have to create a software pertaining to any area included in this program as per the guidelines given by the teacher. Participants also free to choose any specific project from the industry.

Knowledge Required

Students are required to have previous knowledge on the given fields which will help them to complete this course efficiently.
Digital Electronics-Basics, Computer Organizations, Operating Systems, Data Structure
Programming in C Language - Data type, Controlling function, Arrays, Function & pointers

Time length
Time length of this program is 6 months, it includes project work.

Course fee is Rs.45000 (Service Taxes not included)

Course Requirement:
BE or BTech, M.sc (IT/ Computer Science or Electronics), Master of Computer Science, Diploma in Computer Sc or Electronics or equivalent of any of these. Graduate course with PGDCA or equivalent or others with proper experience & Students in their final yr can also apply.
Students carrying Diploma will only get Certificate in Advanced Diploma in Software Technology certificate.

Timing of Class and lab

Timings of classes & labs are: 9.15 am till 12.30 pm & 2.00 pm till 5.15 pm (Monday - Friday).

DOEACC CENTRE - CALICUT is situated 20 kms far from Calicut City & is operation near NITC (REC), Calicut campus. Bus stop is CEDT or Panthrandu & the current bus charges are Rs.10.50 from the city.
