Scope and Objective:
Human Resource management is the key function of any organization or in other words we can say that it is pillar of any organization. It is there in every organization and no organization can survive without Human. It involves the functions starting from recruitment to termination of employees and in between there is a lot of management i.e. compensation management, grievance handling, payroll management, performance management, Instruments in HRD & OD, HRD Audit etc. The main objective of the course is to familiarize student with all major activities involved in the working life of an employee from the time of hiring till the time of his/her exit from an organization.
