In order to produce Civil Engineers of global repute by imparting training and insight into vital areas of civil engineering at under graduate & Post Graduate level covered as per the curriculum includes all core specializations of Structural Engineering, Hydraulics & Water Resources Engg, Geotechnical Engg, Transportation Engg, Environmental Engineering, Surveying & Engineering Geology. Special emphasis is given on advanced Non-destructive methods of testing for quality assessment, health monitoring, of structures.

Ph.D. Ph.D. degree is offered in the areas of Structures, NDE of structures, Reliability based analysis, Heat resistant concrete, GIS etc. It is Three years for full time scholars and four years for part time scholars
