PHYSICAL TRAINING

This one year training program is divided basically into two modules. Module 1 concentrates on Drilling and Module 2 takes you to enhancement regime in your physical improvement. This training program is carried out exhaustively as well as comprehensively by our proficient experienced defense officers & ex-commander gives the proper training to students.

Module 1 - Drilling

To facilitate the apprentice to carrying out the duties as consistent protection staff in spick and span clothing, having elegant, crusty stances, responding at the appointed time to orders of seniors in a closely controlled manner in every positions

Module 2 - Physical Conditioning as well as Unarmed Combating

To get better physical fitness of the apprentice, enabling him to be competent of carrying out continuous work, whic results in making this module partnering to a hale and hearty body competent of resisting small illness. He learn in addition to knob definite extreme, adverse as well as hazardous state of affairs
