Requirement:

Student needs to submit a sworn affidavit that he/she had joined a hospital/clinical setup with recommended facilities as per the course page for the entire duration of the course. The affidavit must be notorised. The affidavit needs to be sent via email as colored scanned copy to LMISM before final exam.
All Exams will be held online.
Student needs to maintain a patient log book format of which will be provided after admission. This needs to be scanned and submitted to the LMISM before final exam.
Research activities if any required will be communicated to the student from time to time via email.

Can I transfer my existing credits to LMISM?

Ans : Yes, all govt recognised degrees and credits are transferrable to LMISM. We do not recognise any un-recognised degrees and do not accept such degrees for further education at LMISM.
