& Pahari paintings). Introduction and importance of Alpana & Rangoli.
Application of elements and principles of design in interiors, important facts about
colour terminology.

Basic qualities or dimension of colour. Classification of
colour; colour theories, colour harmonies; light and colour; physical and
psychological aspects of colour, Use of colour in interiors, amounts of colour to
combine; colour of backgrounds; colour of furnishings; factors influencing the
choice of colour schemes of interiors.
