Techniques of Appraisal for Counseling
(a) Non Testing Techniques – Autobiography, Observation, Anecdotal Records, Cumulative Records, Case-study, Interviews and Q-sort techniques. (b) Testing Techniques: Nature and Characteristics of Psychological Tests. Tests: Reliability, Validity, Objectivity, Norms and Profiles.
