Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management

The two year, full time Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) is the flagship program of the institute. The total number of students admitted for this program is around 180 every year. The Program is designed to give students strong foundation in the core principles of management, and to develop a holistic view of the business environment. It offers a careful blend of theory and practice by way of industry projects and live projects.

The PGPM program spreads over six trimesters in two years, with a live project with industry in Trimester III and 9-10 weeks summer internship after the first year. Each trimester is spread over 12 weeks, having around 200 hours of classroom teaching. Students also have to undergo The Art of Living Program in Trimester II. Assignments, case studies, surprise quizzes, mid terms & end terms exams form the part of continuous evaluation of the students.
