The management belongs to Sindhi Minority community and has obtained the minority status for its institutions from the Hon' Bombay High Court in 1989 and interim orders for Prin.K.M.Kundnani College of Pharmacy from Hon' Supreme Court effective 1994.
Prin.K.M.Kundnani College of Pharmacy is situated in the prime area of the busy, commercial metropolis, Mumbai and located near the expanse of Arabian sea at Cuffe Parade, Colaba next to Sasson Dock on Shree Rambhau Salgaonkar Road. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and permanently affiliated to the University of Mumbai.
