Professor A. N. Sadhu, Ph.D., formerly Professor & Head, Dept. Of Economics and dean Academic Affairs, University of Jammu is the Director of the Institute. He has about 40 years experience of Teaching and guiding Research. He has written 9 books and Chapters in several other Books, Published in more than 40 Research Papers. He has 34 years experience as Research Supervisor and 25 years as Research Project Director. He has also completed 6 Research Projects and is still working on a research project. He has officially visited various Countries like Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, England, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Austria, Yugoslavia, Greece and Pakistan.
PIMS came into existence in the year 1996 to accomplish its mission in equipping young Graduate / Post- graduate with Degree Program that widens their intellectual horizons.
