Short Term Course in Camera & Lighting

This is a 6 months program combined with internship. Candidates who have cleared their higher secondary and attained the age of 18yrs can apply for this program. All they need to do is clear the interview to get the admission. This program is designed to expertise the students in the field of video camera, technique & operation, basic & advance lighting techniques, compositions, lens usage & filters, shooting for News gathering & single and multi camera set ups. Systematic approach is followed to impart training. Mentors impart training to students for one-month with News 24 camera teams for on air television programmes. By the end of the course, individual projects are assigned to each students to get mastery over the field. The highlights of the course are Single, Double & Multi camera techniques are exposed to the students. They get a hands-on practical knowledge of basic digital cameras like PD 150, PD 170, DVC Pro, DSR, P2 and Beta Cam also. Students also get a walkthrough of the virtual studio of News24 channel where they get an experience of Sony HD cameras with remote operation. After completion, one can make the career as cameraman or as genres of programming
