He is graduated from Film & TV. Institute Of India, Pune, India with specialization in Sound Engineering. He Stood First & won the Gold Medal, in the year 1973.In 1986 attended a special course for studio engineers at the University of Surrey, England. In 1974 he Joined Western Outdoor, a leading music recording studio, as an Assistant sound Engineer and resigned as "Associate Director- Audio" in March, 2003. He has engineered the recording sessions for: Songs for feature films, Private Albums viz. Indian Classical, Gazals, Indi-pop, etc. TV. & Radio commercials & Sponsored Programs Son-et-Lumiere sound tracks, Ballet Sound tracks, Audio Visuals & Corporate Videos. He worked as partner in the digital multi-track studio called "Neosonic Recording Studio" Presently he is a free lance Engineer having his own consulting firm "AVISOUND" He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society Inc a worldwide organisation with its headquarters at New York, USA. & Founder member of the India Section of this society, and currently holds the post of Chairman. He is also an Ex Consulting Editor for the magazine – Pro Sound Systems - published from Mumbai. Some of the major Feature films Song Recordned by him are: Maachis, Tere Mere Sapne, Sarfarosh, Gadar, Albela, Bade Miya Chote Miya, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Pyar To Hona Hi Tha, Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai, Leela, Pinjar, Pyar Ishq Mohabbat etc. Feature Films Song Recorded as an Associate: Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Dil To pagal Hai, Devdas, Gupt, Darr, Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Phir Bhi Dil hai Hindustani, Yes Boss, Vaastav, Ghulam, Mujhse Dosti Karoge, Lekin, Hum Tumpe Marte Hain, Rudaali, etc. He has recorded innumerable TV/Radio commercials, private song albums, Sound & Light shows.

Nitin Joshi

itin has been one of the founder members of Soundideaz and shares the dream and passion towards sound with Pramod and Anand. He has a unique approach towards sound engineering and has added value to Every Alumni's career. Nitin Joshi did his post graduation in microbiology in the year 1987 from Nagpur. The passion for music did not let him continue in the field of microbiology for long. It drove him to learn and work hard to be a part of the Indian music industry. Studio Soundideaz was set up in Pune in the year 2002. Nitin, one of the partners and chief sound engineer, recorded mixed and mastered enumerable albums here for music labels like Times music, Sony, EMI virgin etc. In addition to albums has also mixed songs for Marathi films. After recording Agnee's debut album, started traveling with the band as a live sound engineer. Now a freelance live sound engineer working with KK, Agnee, Pentagram, Shair n Funk, Sona Mohapatra, and new bands like Airport and Prayag.

Pramod Chandorkar

He was the first one to be bitten by the bug and is now a successful Sound Engineer in his own right. He is just 40! At this age he has achieved so much that he can't afford not to distribute it. As he says, "Unless I give it away, new knowledge would not come my way". A musician to begin with, he has performed as a percussionist with major playback singers all around the world. One fine day he decided to be the one who has all the controls for the musicians. A typical Leo! He tried hard to find out a way to learn Sound Engineering. Either his qualification was not enough or he was not allowed in. Finally he got his mentor Mr. Suren Akolkar who taught him in his home studio in Poona. Amazed by his style of teaching Pramod promised him that one day he will uses this technique to teach many more. And he kept his word. Pramod has been working as a Sound Engineer in the music industry from 1995 till date. He has worked on numerous mega hit albums and films as a Chief Sound Engineer. He is the proud recipient of The ZEE Cine Award for the best song recording In 2005 for the film HUM-TUM. Currently he is working on some exciting International Music In USA and India. He is also a Sound Engineer for Sonu Nigam for his Tours, World Concerts & Recordings. He is also a favorite Sound Engineer of "The Indian Nightingale Lata Mangeshkar."

Shraddha Sankulkar

Shraddha C.Sankulkar completed her masters in social psychology in 1997 from university of Mumbai, India. Having cleared national eligibility test for lectureship (net) and state eligibility test for lectureship (set) exams in year 2000, she possesses a 9 years experience in teaching psychology, both at ug and pg level. She has also authored three textbooks related to psychology. Besides her counselling practise, she is also associate lecturer with state institute of administrative careers, Mumbai, India. She also possesses yet another masters degree in history from university of Mumbai (2005). Simultaneous to teaching career, her 7 plus years counselling practice involves dealing with issues based on interpersonal relationships, personality and self-esteem management, parent-child relationships, school & college related counselling, pre-marital & marital relationships, media management, educational and vocational guidance, sports counselling, career counselling, community psychology, organizational development and other human behaviour related domains. She offers individual counselling services as well as offers consultation for various projects that need psychological perspectives for its effective execution. Besides possessing excellent counselling and communication skills, she is also a creative writer and has good amount of media experience. Music, media film study analysis are a part of her systematic observation. She holds good command on English, Hindi and Marathi languages. She also writes fiction, non-fiction, lyrics and poetry. She has been writing newspaper columns since year 2003. Since 2005, films division corporation, ministry of information and broadcasting, govt. has selected her on the English commentary writer's panel of India, Peddar road Mumbai, India.
