Star I.P.S. is a computer-based systems for developing & accounting Maintenances, & executing Material Administrations & Stocks buying.
The Star I.P.S. includes on the whole the practicality demanded for on-boards information systems, addressing functions for Maintenances & Material Management. Functional deviation & experience & disciplinary measure can be informed & lumbered in the systems. The systems back up I.S.M. certifications necessities & I.S.O. certificate.
Program Target:
· To acquaint the participants with universal systems to modify them to work solely in their daily shipboards task that is view or update data-base, generation of work order & reports of work completed, generation & obtaining requisitions or purchase orders form & commanding store & spare part stocks levels.
· To realize process for Shipboards systems administrations that is. executing Replications of data-base with an office base Star I.P.S. & Star C.P.S., backing-up & restoration of data-base, fundamental uses, & others
· The candidate is put through different practical exercise pondering all the different daily shipboards task.

· Fundamental Element in the Star I.P.S.
· Administrations of the Management & Technical Account - way to up-date or edit or creating a naval Management Accounts or Technical Accounts. How to link spare or consumable item or document & others. to Technical accounts.
· Information Controlling - Management of the chief register in the Star I.P.S. (integrating naval data, updating or editing chief register)
· Maintaining Modules - day-to-day uses of Star I.P.S. to Schedules or Issues various kinds of work order, Reporting of work completed & Filing of work reports. Concepts of Round about jobs. Connection of counters to the technical accounts.
· Designing Boards in Star I.P.S. - characters of the designing Boards, set up Calendars, designing of works, Issues & Reporting work order. Prints of Work order, View or Print of work details.
· Purchasing Modules - Log of Material Transactions, Issuing of requisitions or Purchasing of order, Reports of the goods received, print of label for material.
