-What is the Start Your Business Program?
Start Your Business Program is an entrepreneurial education program that serves the needs of budding entrepreneurs who have a business idea and are keen to convert it into a sustainable business. This program will assist you in acquiring the knowledge, skills and attitude for realizing your dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur. You get an opportunity to network with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists , marketers, service providers and others from the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

2 Leadership and team building for a new venture/ Handling uncertainty
3 What does it take to run an entrepreneurial venture/ Interactions with successful entrepreneurs and Venture Capitalists
Module II : Developing your your business idea to an opportunity, Duration 4 weekends
1 Understanding business trends impacting the business opportunities/ Assessing attractiveness of your business idea
2 Evolving the value proposition to the identified customer segment/ Making the business model work/ Identifying critical success factors for sustaining the business/ Insights from entrepreneurs, marketers and investors

1 Setting business goals and strategy for the new business venture
