Success - Unleash yourself - University of AgderNovoEd
What you'll learn on the course
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to attract success while others work very hard, but do not achieve what they want? Are you interested in changing your own life and being more successful? Do you want to achieve more results out of your hard work?
Then this course is for you.
Success - Unleash yourself is a nine week hands-on course turning your life in the direction of success. You will learn the basics of success and you will apply them to your own situation. You will explore your own starting point and your goals, and learn how to work efficiently.
Four experienced teachers will guide you on your journey to find and fulfill your dreams. In this adventure, you are not alone as the course features learning groups with members helping each other finding their purpose in life.
This is not a usual MOOC, because it is designed for active students. You have to pay for taking it by putting in at least 10 hours of your time each week. The course features only a few videos, and the learning outcome is achieved by working on the tasks.
Course Content: The course is designed to introduce you to the four main focus areas mindset, starting point, goals, and tasks - individually and as part of a team. You will explore these four areas related to your own situation and at the end of the course, you will already be more successful than at the beginning. The course is based on theoretical knowledge, but the main part is about learning good habits that lead to success.
Workload: Ten hours a week. It is an advantage if you can check in on the course on a daily basis.
Challenges: There are several challenges in the course helping you to understand and apply the basic principles of success, some of them related to working successfully in a team. You can create your own team or join an existing team.
Because this course focuses on your own situation, evaluation of the challenges is naturally/obviously subjective. Our goal is to provide you with thoughtful feedback on your submissions so that you will be able to move forward by yourself. To do this, the entire class will be involved in providing feedback, while guided by the teaching team.
