SWAMI VIVEKANAND GROUP OF INSTITUTES (S.V.G.O.I.), is established by Shri Raghu Nath Rai Memorial Educational Charitable Trust, Mohali (Pb.). This Trust is founded by a group of well-known educationists, who have made significant contributions in the field of Education in the region.
The trust is managed by a Governing Body headed by Shri Ashwani Garg, Chairman of the Trust, a well known educationist. The Group is administered by a strong team of professionals.
SVGOI is guided by an academic team with Dr Paramjit Singh as Director-Principal who is former Professor of Chemical Engineering and Registrar, Punjab University, Chandigarh and has more than 38 years vast experience in teaching, Research and Consultancy activities of Engineering Institutions. SVGOI entered initially in the field of Engineering and subsequently added the disciplines such as Management, Pharmacy and Education thus adding feather after feather to its Cap. SVGOI is taking initiatives to establish itself as a top group of institutions with further emphasis on research and academic collaboration with overseas institutions.
