Training of Trainers on Orientation to Microfinance and Key Operational Concepts to CLRPs

The training course was planned to familiarize CLRP toward Microfinance's & construct their capacity in the operational features to transmit out the behavior in the area. The learning unit for the training were arrive at use the TASK's Analysis technique (KSA's study) so that the requisite incurable performance is in consonances with the work explanation of the CLRP. The exact goals of the training were:

- To improve information & imparts necessary ability for group formations & facilitations.
