The outline of the program is explained as below:

Outstanding leaders motivate public to impart their greatest effort. These days, it is not sufficient for a leader to be industrious and a superior time-manager. Leaders, who can narrate to their group members in a way as to motivate them, find that the group becomes self-driven into building the premium assistance towards the establishment success.

The main objectives of the program are that, the semester shall provide potential leaders an insight about the fundamentals of spear-heading the team towards managerial triumph.
The duration of the program is one-day.
