Access to an online Support Portal as a reporting and tracking tool. The Support Portal triggers automated email alerts.
Access to email as a reporting method. Special email IDs can be set for receiving support emails
(e.g. you_customer.support@upsidelearning.com).
Telephone / Skype / Online Meeting (Webex, Gotomeeting, or other similar applications) support for authorized contacts.
Facility to designate 2 Authorized Contacts.
Extended Support Services Plan
All features included in the Standard Support Plan.
Extended working hours.
Facility to designate 3 Authorized Contacts.
Premium Support Services Plan
All features included in the Standard and Extended Support Plans.
1 hour response for Priority 1 issues, 24x7x365.
Assigned support representative.
Technical account reviews once per quarter.
