Yoga is a creative activity that not only gives you mental peace but also keeps you physically fit. Those people who want more proficient and sturdy exercises are separated into 2 groups. This program aims at providing utmost theoretical awareness to disciples in a traditional way. Its is a 120 minutes program (8:00am-10:00am) in which initial 30 minutes is given to warm up body by applying Mysore Style Sun salutations A and B. Next stage consists of rigorous workout with different types of exercises. Various types of asanas are included in this like, standing n sitting asanas, backward and forward bending. These types of exercises include overwhelming development of chest muscles and spine widening. Anybody can get himself enrolled for this course. Institute will provide yoga mats and pillows. Applicant is just required to get water bottle and easy outfit in which he can do exercises conveniently
