Tribal Hatha Yoga is a 120 minutes program (4:00pm-6:00pm) mainly created keeping in mind for the new comers. It mainly consists of utmost ancient information and explains theoretically in a deeper way. There are three sections in which the group is divided. The first step consists of healthy warm up and deep breathing exercises, which develops stamina level. This is not one time process. It has to be repeated n number of times to get proficient in that by doing sun and moon salutations.
Next section consists of giving focus on flexibility and stretching exercises which helps in building muscles. It includes series of hands and legs movements and various types of twisting and turns, some chest exercises to get fluency in movements.
Last stage consists of Sivananda process to gain utmost benefits of yoga asanas. Fresher are not directly enrolled for this program. They need to get initial experience in this field before joining this level. Yoga mats and pillows are provided. Candidate needs to bring water bottle and easy outfit in which he can comfortably perform all the activities
