Vickram College of Engineering (VICKRAMCE), is a premier professional college founded and managed by engineers. VICKRAMCE is an ISO 9001 certified organization. VICKRAMCE is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.
The college is located on Madurai Sivagangai Road, about 19 kms from Madurai city limit and 22 kms from Sivagangai city. The college campus spreads over a spacious area of 80 acres. The college is built as per international standards. The college campus is free from pollution and is ideal for studies.
The college was started in the year 2001 with three branches of study, namely Computer Science, Electronics & Communication and Information Technology. In 2002, Electrical & Electronics was included. In 2004, Civil and Mechanical Engineering were added. At present, there are about 1450 students from across the length and breath of the country pursuing engineering under these departments.
