In this unit students will learns how to achieve a strategic fit betweenSCM & competitive plans. Once the plans are determined, student will learns about the forecasting & planning process. Finally, students will discover different kinds of inventory management & how to sustain optimal level of inventory across the supply chains. In other words, students will appreciate what is needed to get the right material to the right places, at the right time.

In this unit, students' will learns how e-business & supply chain has merged, creates a network of immense opportunity. Supply chain structure have distorted, & improving the presentation of these supply chains is needy on the use of e business technology & innovations. This unit identifies the important component needed to generate effective supply chain. Cost decline, capital investment & supply chain methodologies are taught to student, outlining the importance of their impacts on e business & the supply chain that supports them.

SC Transportation & Facility Designing
In this unit, students will learns about the function of transportations in a supply chains, including mode of transportations & transportations network designing & decision. Student will also study about facility decision & the factors that influence them, as well as the steps includes in redesigning an existing networks.
