In the first step of Watsu 1, you get to learn Watsu's Tai Chi-like fundamental actions and positions and the ways you, while keeping grounded & connected with the breathe of your partner, can allow the water to do its work. In its usual return to the Water Breath Dance movement, you will find the motionlessness that is the base of presence.
In the 2nd stage, you get to learn how to connect these fundamental actions & positions with long, elegantly flowing changes into the Flow of Transition. You will get to learn to become familiar with this work to people of every sizes, shapes, & dispositions. You get to learn about your own body movements and how to hold up and move every person with as little effort as possible.
On ground, you will be trained in both Co centering & Tantsu, and discover & share what does it it men to you and others on being held.
Aqua wellness unites massage, soft stretch, and release of joint along with energy & breath work in an entirely new way on the water and beneath it. Aquawellness 1 puts its focus especially on underwater movements, which is at a time refreshing and relaxing.
Particularly intended actions does allow the whole spine to swing & let the energy flow again. Due to the weight lessness of the body in the water, the radius of body movements widens & the entire body can be made to move in a merry way and in new ways. Chronic-physical ache along with emotional tension can be st free. You will practice a totally unique way of healing in the water. A journey which brings you back to your origin, into the never-ending depth of your internal ocean.
Requirements for this course:
In order to enroll for this course, you are supposed to have done minimum a Liquid Flow fundamental or Watsu and Aquawellness fundamental course.
Watsu and Aquawellness 1 has got its recognition by WABA, Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association and gives seventy five hrs of credit.
