Watsu is aquatic body-work done on the above layer; it has been developed by the poet Harold Dull in the eighties, when he returned from Japan, there he had got training of Zen Shiatsu with Masunaga. This course emphasizes on the fundamentals of Watsu: how, in the manner of in Tai Chi, to stay on ground when you are floating and stretching someone on the beat of the breath of your partner. You will be guided through a simple but proper series. This course can be taken to deepen your meditation, and to improve your connection with water, or improve your terms with others. There wont be any pressure to 'learn' the sequence.

The movements for this course has been specially formed to allows the whole spine to swing & let the energy run again. Due to the weight lessness of the body in the water, the radius of body movements widens & the entire body can be made to move in a merry way and in new ways. Chronic-physical ache along with emotional tension can be st free. You will practice a totally unique way of healing in the water.
