Course programme

The most fundamental part of aquatic bodywork is just about simply BEING in place of DOING something special. Meditation is one of the best method to come into the situation of being.

Vipassana, stands for seeing things the way they are in reality, it is one of India's earliest method of meditation. It was re discovered by Gautama Buddha more than two thousand and five hundred years back. Vipassana is a method of transforming yourself through observing yourself. It puts an emphasis on the deep inter-connection between body & mind, which can be experienced straightforwardly.

Watsu is the 1st method of thoughtful aquatic body work, It has been developed by the poet Harold Dull in the eighties. It is thought to be one of the most in depth development in bodywork in our time, Watsu calls the giver & receiver to a new stage of connection & consciousness that includes our entire being.

In, we do unite the elements of Vipassana meditation with the deepness and performing Watsu to support the looking for our internal barrenness. While separating us in silence from all external contact for seven days, we will come into a deep contact with our internal self.

This voyage of observation & self discovery can take us to the roots of our mind & melt mental & emotional impurity, providing us back the balance, love & compassion.
