In this course you will get the knowledge of Advance Yoga techniques Iron Yoga, breathing pattern, all paths of Yoga and five ways of doing Yoga, Meditation techniques, mantras, Mudra Bandha, Asana pranayama, and much more... This challenging course is taught over 100 days period.
