History
Academy of Art & Design are in this business for last five years, and is still in the growing stage.
To this point the following has been accomplished :
A multi-skilled team has been formed.
A prospective customer/client list has been drawn up and negotiations are underway with most of the clients for finalizing some deals.
Strategy meetings are being held thrice a week.
We are now able to adequately address the markets we have targeted. We have adjusted our staff and labour force, and have added the computerized drafting (CAD) which is necessary to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Areas of specialisation
Areas of Operation
We currently have four operational divisions :
1. Architectural Division :
Academy of Art & Design is currently developing two properties :
Factory building at M.I.D.C, Rabale, New Bombay.
A palatial bungalow at Chiplun (Ratnagiri).
2. Interior Designing Division :
Academy of Art & Design is currently designing many sites :
A three-bedroom hall kitchen flat at J.V.P.D (Juhu Scheme).
A two-bedroom hall kitchen flat at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.
A two bedroom hall kitchen flat at Taxmen’s Colony, Kurla (W).
A two bedroom hall kitchen flat at J. B. Nagar, Andheri (E).
A two star restaurant at Airoli, New Mumbai.
3. Contracting Division :
We take total turnkey jobs on labour as well as labour and material bases. Right now we are providing skilled & semi-skilled labours (i.e. carpenters, masons, plumber, electricians etc) for our two sites.

We also provide total house keeping solution to the corporate sector by providing our quality services for their offices & other properties all over India.
The contracting division of our company will set up service centers that will take care of all the after sales services.
4. Educational Division :
We have started a Design college Academy of Art & Design , at C-212, 2nd Floor, Nerul Railway Station Complex, Nerul (E), Navi Mumbai – 400706., the Millennium City. We are also looking forward to affiliate our academy with the Indian Institute Of Interior Designers as well as other reputed associations.

Executive Summary
Academy of Art & Design is formed by a group of young and motivated registered architects, interior designers, fashion designers & engineers who have come together with the aim of reaching the "Peak"- of the fashion/interior/architectural/engineering education world.
We understand the dynamics of today's business environment and the role space plays in all the sectors that make up our home or office. We at Academy of Art & Design have identified how to use the available space applications, which we believe are going to transform the way designing are going to be conducted in the near future.
To this end, we need good clientele who can give us a chance to prove our ability. We have a line up of several prospective customers/clients who have expressed serious interest in doing business with us.
