Advanced Certificate for Leadership in Retail Management

This program is for sixteen-weeks which starts from Tuesday to Friday. Everyday 4hours training is imparted. It sum two hundred and fifty-six hours of training and six-weeks of training are there, where Saturday and Sunday (full-time) are included for store awareness. The main aim of the agenda is to prepare learners for preliminary level in supervisory/management jobs associated with the Indian Retail Industry. This program helps in developing awareness regarding what the retail manager perform, general and specific aspects of the retail surroundings. Practical skills are developed to make the operation more successful. The aim is to build individual and group headship competency. For getting enrolled in this prominent program, the candidate must have cleared his graduation from the recognized board/university. The least age/marks requirement must be TBD age/TBD marks. A short written test is taken followed by the group discussion in which hard work and determination of the candidate is checked.
